Lisa Kreeger has spent more than 15 years assisting organizations with business and technology strategy. For the past six years, she has focused on the dynamics of creating successful business alliances/relationships at the senior executive level and effective working relationships at all levels within complex organizations. This work has included hands-on engagements in which she developed models and methodologies for creating and sustaining change, to coach effective leadership/executive behaviors, and to build effective alliance and business relationships.
Kreeger is pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University, holds a MBA from Seattle University and a B.S. in Nursing and Psychology from DePaul University.
An experienced consultant, coach, facilitator, leader, and people manager, Kreeger has successfully created and maintained positive business relationships with all levels of staff. Her approach to business challenges is direct and positive and has been proven to result in exceptional project outcomes. She is passionately focused on the increased effectiveness of people in interface with each other as well as in with processes and technology.
Kreeger was trained in qualitative research methods as a part of her nursing education in Chicago, Illinois. She actively integrates ethnographic and grounded theory methods into her consulting practice and is successful at pragmatically and enthusiastically articulating the value and impact that qualitative research can have in a real-world setting.
She has experience in the design, implementation, and management of large scale pharmaceutical trials for all phases of the study including the management of IRB issues, gaining informed consent, and ethical issues related to clinical trials.
