Wendy Murphy is Program Manager for Almaden Services Research initiatives for the creation of Services Science, Management and Engineering (SSME). For 21 years at IBM she has provided organizational, business, and technical management and is a sought after facilitator for problem solving, cross-organizational working sessions and teaching internal education subjects.
Some of her achievements include:
- Planning, organizing and leading IBM Global Account management in activities associated with creating organizational change for transformation to on demand.
- Developing and teaching seminar modules on Leadership Styles, Coaching, Team Effectiveness, and Women in Leadership.
- Managing the new business function in Network Services.
- Project Executive for strategic outsourcing accounts, $120M revenue annually.
- Leading revenue growth and cost reduction initiatives in outsourcing groups.
- Transforming network operations center staff into a superior customer service team.
Wendy holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Regis University. Her Bachelor's degree is in Management of Information Services. She is an IBM and PMI certified Executive Project Manager.
